    I love these pliers so much ,I'm getting the 8 inch version 1000v insulated. These pliers grip with out doing damage ,they are very hard steel and the cutters never dull. They are the Bees knees!

    What got me is the lovely design of the interior of the jaws. They are in perfect alignment. This is the reason I spend a lot of German tools, they work .

    Go with the chrome finish instead

    Decided to try out the teflon "titan finish" on my last purchase. Already flaking off out of the box. Otherwise pliers are great, except for a little finish gumming up the hinge. Love my NWS pliers, but won't buy the black finish again.

    I've been upgrading my tools lately and decided to upgrade some of my pliers. Bought these with a few other NWS pliers. The handles are very comfortable. Fit and finish seems nice as well.

    I have a lot of hand tools, my wife has a lot of hand tools. I use mine for work around the house and she has her own set of tools she uses. She had what she thought was a great set of pliers. They weren't, they were a cheap set of Chinese made garbage with poor hand grips and noticeably rough metal on the gripping portion. I let her try mine and now I have to wait until they're back in stock to replace the pair I "lost".
