    I have been an electrician for 25 years and after receiving the tool, I immediately tested it on #10 and #12 AWG THHN as well as SJO cord. I like the feel of the tool, but sadley the v-notch cutters at the nose of the tool were not factory sharpened well enough to cut through the insulation without excessive force on the handles which in turn caused damage to the outside layer of stranded copper. This was my first experience with NWS tools. I am a big fan of Wiha and have had great luck with all of their tools. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be purchasing anymore NWS tools in the future.
