Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $75

  • This offer applies to the continental United States only. Just select the free shipping option during checkout.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US territories qualify for free shipping on orders over $150.
  • Canada qualifies for free shipping on orders over $300. There may be separate customs and/or duties due prior to delivery. Check with your local province/territory for more details.
  • Orders that include free shipping will ship via the most economical method based on your location and the weight of the order.
  • Items with a "This item ships free!" message ship free despite being under the standard free shipping thresholds (USA only). Coupon codes can not be applied to these items.

Turnaround time

Most orders for In Stock items will ship same day if the order is placed before 12pm CST and going out FedEx. Other orders for In Stock items usually ship the next business day.

Backorders are reviewed daily and we will contact you if your order will not ship immediately. Estimated ship dates for out of stock items can also be seen prior to ordering by clicking on or hovering over the Out of Stock text under the specific item. Please note these estimated dates are subject to change.

Transit times

  • FedEx Priority Overnight arrives by 10:30am the next business day to most locations
  • FedEx Standard Overnight arrives by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas; and by 8 p.m. to residences
  • FedEx Ground is for shipments to business addresses. Most shipments arrive within 3 business days. Click here for a transit time map
  • FedEx Home Delivery is for shipments to residential addresses. Home Delivery has the same transit time as Ground except there is no delivery on Mondays. Click here for a transit time map
  • USPS Priority Mail arrives within 1-3 business days in most cases.
  • USPS First-Class Mail arrives within 2-5 business days in most cases.

International Shipments

  • Each country has their own specific rules regarding import fees. If a customs and/or duties fee is charged prior to delivery, this charge will be the customer's responsibility. If unsure of your country's import laws/rules, please check with your local government prior to placing an order. They will be able to provide accurate information regarding imports from the United States.
  • KC Tool includes customs forms with every international shipment. Declared values will always match the value paid. No exceptions.

Returns

We gladly accept and process returns based on our Return Policy.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items that meet the Return Policy criteria.

Return policy for resellable items

(Not including Bulk or Special Order Items)
  • Returned items need to be in 100% new and resellable condition plus remain unused in original packaging.
  • Returned items need to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • KC Tool’s Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly marked on outside of the returned package. To receive an RMA number, please start the return through your Order History.

Returned items are subject to inspection by KC Tool prior to issuing a refund.

Returned items meeting these conditions will be accepted and approved for refund credit. Refund credit will be credited and processed through the original transaction payment method. If a case arises in which the original payment method is no longer valid, a Store Credit will be issued for the approved refund amount.

*If the original sale did not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for returned item shipping charges.

Returned items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for full product refund and applicable restocking fees may apply.

KC Tool adheres to our manufacturers' warranty policies.

Return policy for bulk and special order items

  • Returned bulk and special order items need to be in 100% new and resellable condition plus remain unused in original packaging.
  • Returned bulk and special order items need to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • KC Tool’s Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly marked on outside of the returned package. To receive an RMA number, please start the return through your Order History.

Returned bulk and special order items are subject to inspection by KC Tool prior to refund approval.

Returned bulk and special order items complying with these conditions will be accepted and approved for an adjusted Refund credit. Refund credit will be credited and processed through the original transaction payment method. If a case arises in which the original payment method is no longer valid, a Store Credit will be issued for the approved refund amount.

Customers are responsible for returned item shipping charges.

Returned bulk and special order items meeting these conditions will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of purchase price. This restocking fee also applies to special ordered items that are cancelled prior to them being shipped.

*If the original sale did not qualify for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Returned bulk and special order items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return credit.

Return policy for defective items

We are extremely proud of the quality and workmanship of the tools we sell, however a situation may arise where a tool may be defective and must be exchanged.

  • KC Tool will provide an exchange for defective products under the guidelines of our manufacturers' warranty policies.
  • KC Tool’s Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly marked on outside of the returned package. To receive an RMA number, please start the return through your Order History.
Returned items for exchange are subject to inspection by KC Tool prior to exchange approval.

Returned items for exchange complying with these conditions will be accepted and approved for exchange. KC Tool will send a replacement of the exact item. If a case arises where the original item is no longer available, an item with similar characteristics will be offered for replacement.

Customers are responsible for returned item shipping charges.
