    Some times you need it and when you do this socket is there to deliver great performance. Typically this is the size of the half rusted nut that hasn’t been touch since it was installed. With proper penetration oil and this socket, those nuts come off without a torch or cutting wheel and you are happy for its service. The matte chrome finish is great for us guys who don’t need bling to get the job done.

    Wera seems to make all around solid tools that are more attractive than the competition. This socket is no exception. I have not used it yet, but what do you want me to say -- it's a socket, it's the same (assumed) high quality material that Wera uses for all their tools.
